TÂCHES 'Searching For God'

British-born and Costa Rica-based music producer TÂCHES is once again pushing the boundaries of electronic music with his latest project, 'Searching For God'.

Known for his innovative genre-blending and ability to craft timeless, avant-garde soundscapes, TÂCHES has teamed up with David Satori of Beats Antique and Dirtwire to deliver a captivating auditory experience that marks a significant evolution in his artistic journey.

The origins of 'Searching For God' are as fascinating as the music itself. The project was born during the Winter Solstice of 2022 at an intimate festival in San Marcos La Laguna, Guatemala. TÂCHES and David Satori, both headliners at the event, serendipitously crossed paths in neighboring rooms. This chance encounter ignited a creative spark that led to a spontaneous jam session in Laurel Canyon, California. What started as an impromptu collaboration quickly blossomed into a prolific burst of creativity, resulting in the foundation for ten tracks.

These tracks lay dormant until TÂCHES rediscovered them in the tranquil setting of the Costa Rican rainforest. Here, he infused the recordings with the ambient sounds of the jungle, transforming them into a rich, immersive auditory experience that reflects both the mystical heights of Guatemala and the vibrant energy of Costa Rica.

With over a decade in the industry, TÂCHES has made a significant impact through his label GLITTER COWBOY, as well as collaborations with Anjunadeep and Kitsuné. His versatility is evident in his remixes for artists such as RÜFÜS DU SOL and ZHU.
