Camilla K Delivers An Urban Feminist Mantra With 'Pretty B*tch Gang'

Urban newcomer Camilla K sassily delivers a pleasingly multi-genre influenced track of the coolest order with latest single Pretty B*tch Gang.

Camilla K is from a multi cultural background and speaks no less than 4 (four!) languages so perhaps it is only natural that she can lay down a track that channels pop, R&B, reggaeton beats, and more besides. By all accounts she can also cut the mustard live too (at her recent single launch event in London, to some acclaim.)

The pacing of the track is vibey and hook-laden with slightly husky but smooth vocals and evokes a sort of feminine mantra. Now, dont go thinking this is street cred 'profanity' aiming to please the guys. It's more female-oriented and evolved than that.

Don't clutch your pearls at the seemingly gangsta type title of Pretty B*itch Gang. It may be street wise but it is definitely not misogynistic or degrading. Quite the opposite. Ditch the lazy definition of b*tches (or indeed 'pretty' for that matter) and instead think about the ladies giving it all - and owing it all- to themselves, with confidence and verve and a whole lotta sass. A unifying urban feminist anthem, if you will.
