Project Twin Make Their Big Landing With 'SI(GEMINI)'

Project Twin
With its delightfully festive intro, 'SI(GEMINI)' sets the premise, letting us dream of sipping a sangria on a terrace in Sevilla, or maybe sitting under the Mexican sun. But this new track, introducing us to the new band in town Project Twin, takes an unexpected turn in the chorus which blasts into an explosive round of punk guitars and drums (courtesy of multi-instrumentalist Spike) that directly teleport you to a moshpit for the rest of the song!
As hinted in its title 'SI(GEMINI)', Ike the hero of our story here and Project Twin’s lead vocalist, is stuck in a dilemma that leaves him pondering whether he should stay in a toxic relationship or run away and move on.
As it turns out, Project Twin is actually as surprising as their music: apparently coming from off planet, the twin brothers recently landed on Earth, finding a home in Toronto. While there’s not much to be found on their socials at this time of writing, their biography tells me that Spike is very outspoken and asks himself many questions such as “why are we here?”, “how do we get home”, often leading him into “into trouble when looking for answers”. Ike, on the other hand, is more reserved but intrigued as to “why human beings are so harsh to each other, still not viewing everyone as equal on this planet that is 4.5 billion years old”.
Well let’s hope that Project Twin can bring some peace & hope on planet Earth as they continue to unveil their talent with the EP ‘Adolescence’ this Fall, maybe alongside a face reveal?
