I Believed Straight Away This Song Is A Hit

It'll come as no surprise that funk music is making a fierce return at the moment - and 'Better Believe It' is my 'on repeat' song at the moment. Sounding somewhere between the grooves of Tom Misch and style of Anderson.Paak, I love the sound of PSiMiTAR because they're authentic and innovative. Detailing the little voice in your head that tells you to never give up, this song makes me believe in myself on the darkest days. It's about self belief and how you can success at anything when you put your mind to it. Entirely empowering for myself and able to give anyone a well-needed serotonin boost, I love how jam packed the track feels with a live, desirable sound. It feels like the perfect jam to listen to on the winter nights when you're wanting to keep warm, and it has been in my ears ever since its drop.

I think the production comes across as professional and stylish, and everything I expect from PSiMiTAR. When it comes to life stories, this group have seen it all. Playing shows here there and everywhere, they certainly have become an artist in a bold font at the top of my 'must see live' list if Better Believe It is anything to go by. The track includes a talk-box, skillful melodic bars from rapper Steesh and soulful R&B vocals from LKP that will leave you with goosebumps.

More music from these guys would be awesome and I'm excited to see what they do next.
