The Barnum Meserve Release Staggering New Single 'Gaslight'

It's very rare that a new track will make you sit down and completely lose sense of all that around you. Well that's exactly what the new track from Nottingham 3-peice 'The Barnum Meserve' did to me.

The beautifully constructed new offering from The Barnum Meserve is called ‘Gaslight’ and is their first taste of new music since their 2017 album ‘When All Is Lost’. We see the band in a whole new light. New transitions, new messages and new song-writing methods.

Opening in a delicate matter but building and twisting into an infectious cinematic soundscape.

A new era see’s the band combined old-world instruments with new technologies such as synths, drum machines and arpeggiators allowing them to experiment with more expansive and alluring soundscapes.

A graceful return, it comes with visuals from the incredible film director Fraser West.
