The iTunes Festival Continues To Deliver Top-Notch Performances
Published
A plethora of star grace the stage as the iTunes festival rolls on.
I’m a huge fan of September for a number of reasons. The remnants of the summer are still hanging around, the nights haven’t rolled in completely and it happens to be my birthday. On top of all these great reasons the festival season is still going and one festival that gets bigger and bigger every year is the iTunes Festival.
As many of you will no doubt be aware, the iTunes Festival is very different in its set-up to most other festivals. It’s unlikely that you'll require the standard festival kit to attend; a tent, wellies and a lack of personal hygiene. It doesn’t cost a bomb and the line-up is simply huge and incredibly impressive.
The reasons for all of the above, is that it takes place across the entire month of September, every evening at the Roundhouse in Camden and it's hosted by iTunes. Tickets are free through a ballot system which means you can potentially get to see some of the biggest bands and artists on the circuit right now for nothing!
Subba-Cultcha has already witnessed a couple of the shows so far; Sam Smith being one of the highlights and reports coming back on the evening’s entertainment have been as positive as they can be.
It’s certainly a different feel to the traditional festival set-up but each of the acts so far have received exceptionally high praises for their performances and there are plenty more to come.
Here’s the schedule for the remaining dates along with how to apply for any remaining tickets.
