Wonky art pop ahoy. Just who is Deva St John?Born in London to American parents and raised in Berkshire, Deva St John’s sound is a bridge between the soundscapes of British and American pop culture. And very great it is too.Apparently Huw Stephens is a fan and I can see why.There's a level of experimentation here which is highly captivating.Already booked for Reading's Readidpop festival in this year (if it happens) I'd advise you go check this exciting (new, to me) act. I think she might just be going places. Covid permitting!
