Catching Up With Press To Meco
Published
Press To Meco are on the bill with a couple of amazing band on this Scuzz Throwdown Tour, Allusondrugs and Max Raptor. It's a long run of dates and Press To Meco are already looking for a day off just after one show!
We started off talking about opening the night in Birmingham and both Luke and Lewis were very pleased how the performance went and I myself enjoyed it.
Opening up with "Family Ties" this really got the attention of the crowd. It was also my first time seeing them and wow, I was blown away, those melodies blaring out the speakers in "The Rainbow Courtyard". They played most songs off the recent album 'Good Intent' which meant a fantastic run of songs which included "Means To An End".
Birmingham was treated to an older track also on the first night of tour, "Love and Reason". Overall, why didn't I make more of an effort to see Press to Meco before, I've been missing out so don't make the same mistake as me! Give them a listen and support the band.
Below is my interview with Luke and Lewis from the band, warning this also features Luke singing "Night Fever" and what they get up to on a day off!
