In the fall of 2006 some high school friends got together to play music. The agreed name of the group was No Advisory, within the first 6 months the band recorded 2 songs, got booked at Ventura Theater and some local benefit shows, got merch, and wrote many more new songs.

2 of the original members decided to leave the band to pursue other musical styles. No Advisory went through a few line up changes before becoming the unstoppable train it is today.
